Terms of Service

Gavi Health (the “Service”) is operated by Mac Jablonski as a sole proprietor based in Warsaw, Poland. References to “we”, “us”, or “Gavi” mean Mac Jablonski. Contact: hello@gavihealth.com.

Gavi is an editorial catalog of devices, wearables, and clothing for sleep, recovery, mind, body and adjacent wellness categories. We are not a store— we don’t hold inventory, process payments, or fulfil orders. Every product page links out to the manufacturer or an authorised retailer who handles the actual transaction.

When you click an outbound link, you leave Gavi and our terms cease to apply. The merchant’s own terms, warranties, and return policies govern what happens next.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data at scale.
• Reproduce or republish our editorial content (essays, curator notes, blurbs) without permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to harm others.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation — DDoS, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, or circumvent rate limits.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

You can use most of Gavi without an account. If you choose to create one (to save your wishlist across devices), you agree to:

• Provide an email address you control.
• Keep your sign-in method (Google account or email inbox) reasonably secure. We can’t recover an account you lose access to if both your email and Google account are compromised.
• Use one account per person. Sharing accounts between multiple people is fine for household use; selling or transferring accounts is not.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@gavihealth.com.

Some product links are affiliate links— when you click and complete a purchase on the merchant’s site, we may receive a small commission, at no extra cost to you. This is how the catalog stays free and ad-free.

Affiliate revenue does not influence which products we list or which earn badges. We do not accept payment for placement in the catalog. Brands cannot pay us to appear, move up, or earn a Research Backed or Cult Pick badge. If this ever changes, we will say so plainly here and at the point of any sponsored content.

What appears in the catalog, what badges it earns, and what we say about it is our editorial judgement. We may add, remove, or change any product entry at any time without notice. We may decline to list a product even if it would be commercially advantageous to us.

Gavi is not a medical professional and Gavi’s content is not medical advice. The catalog covers products that interact with sleep, recovery, mental clarity, and physiology more broadly. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your routine, supplements, devices, or anything else that might interact with your treatment.

Product images, brand names, and specifications shown on Gavi belong to their respective manufacturers and retailers and are used here for editorial reference. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of third-party information. If you spot an error, email us — we fix things quickly.

We also link to external sources (PubMed, journals, podcasts, articles) to substantiate our editorial choices. Linking does not imply endorsement of the source’s other content.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, that the information will always be current, or that prices shown will match the merchant’s current price at the moment of click. Prices and stock can change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gavi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any product purchased from a third-party merchant linked from the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence).

For consumers in the EU/EEA, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

We can suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued operation poses an undue risk to the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, deleting it removes your data per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for the seat of the data controller (Warsaw, Poland), except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence as permitted by EU law.

EU consumers retain the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
